I have a passion for real estate that's been with me since I would follow my contractor father around to old homes and new in my childhood in Vermont.

 

When I help prep your home for sale, I treat it as my own. I ask myself how best to help you prep, repair, and ready your home for sale. Then I personally bring in the best house cleaners, landscapers, and photographers to help your home shine above the rest when we present it to the public. If the home is vacant, I will stage it, as stats show staged homes sell faster and for more money than unstaged homes, and if you are still occupying the house, we'll work together for the most polished presentation.

 

I am not here for the sale. I am here to walk you through the experience with the least stress and most joy you can have.
